Frustrated

hi my name is mohit from delhi, India

i have an i phone 5s which i have purchased 3 months back.

now a days i am having too much prob with battery like backup of battery is ver bad.

EVen yuphoria(my other phone) have better backup thanit

secondly its heating prob.

it heats beyond its limit.

please suggest what i do with this
